Voice access leverages modern, on-device speech recognition to accurately recognize speech, and supports English-U.S language only at the moment. In our previous post, we said that Voice access is only available on Windows 11 computers enrolled in the Microsoft Insider Preview program. If your PC is not currently enrolled and subscribed to the Dev channel branch, you won’t have Voice access at this moment. You can view some commands to use with Voice access from the link below: Voice access – Commands List (office.com) If you have Voice access and it’s enabled to automatically start up when you sign into Windows 11 and you wish to disable it, the steps below show you how to do that.

From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from its System Settings pane. To get to System Settings, you can use the Windows key + I shortcut or click on Start ==> Settings as shown in the image below: Alternatively, you can use the search box on the taskbar and search for Settings. Then select to open it. Windows Settings pane should look similar to the image below. In Windows Settings, click Accessibility, then select Speech tile on the right pane of your screen shown in the image below. On the Speech settings pane, select the Voice access tile and uncheck the box next to “Start voice access after you sign in to your PC” to disable auto start-up.
